Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy

Terms of Purchase:  Purchaser understands and agrees Purchaser is purchasing a booklet containing 30 certificates redeemable for 30 sleeves of Dixon Earth golf balls.   

GolfBallPromo.com is an authorized Dixon Golf Promotions distributor. Purchaser understands and agrees that the sole purpose of the GolfBallPromo.com site is to sell the 30 certificate booklet for $30. 

Purchaser understands and agrees Purchaser must "Activate" the certificate booklet by returning the Activation form contained with the certificate booklet along with a self addressed stamped envelope to Dixon Golf Promotions.  Purchaser will be issued a Personal Activation Number (PAN) by Dixon Golf Promotions to include with every Dixon Earth golf ball sleeve redemption.  

Purchaser redeems the first set of Dixon Earth golf balls by redeeming the first certificate along with their unique PAN to Dixon Golf Promotions. After receiving the first sleeve of balls, Purchaser then redeems the second certificate along with their PAN to receive the second sleeve of Dixon Earth golf balls and so on until all 30 sleeves of Dixon Earth golf balls have been redeemed.  With each redemption, Purchaser is required to enclose the recyclable cardboard sleeve that contained the Dixon Earth golf balls from the prior redemption.

Refund Policy:  This Refund Policy applies only to retail purchases from this web site and does not apply to purchases on behalf of fund raisers.  THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE MAKING A DONATION TO A CHARITY FUNDRAISER.  If you are making a donation to a charity fundraiser by  using this website, you are not buying a booklet. You are making a  donation and you are receiving a gift. Your charity has contracted GolfBallPromo.com to provide you the gift of our $300 worth of Dixon Earth golf  balls as a thank you for your donation. If you do not want the gift, simply pass it on to someone who does, and accept the appreciation of your charity.

GolfBallPromo.com wants the Purchaser to be happy with the Dixon Earth golf ball promotion. GolfBallPromo.com will permit Purchaser to return the certificate booklet for a full refund before the second certificate and all subsequent certificates are redeemed.  In this manner, Purchaser may redeem the first certificate before deciding if Purchaser is satisfied with the Dixon Earth golf ball promotion.  

If, for any reason, Purchaser is unhappy with the Dixon Earth golf ball promotion, Purchaser may receive a full refund of their purchase price BEFORE THE SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT CERTIFICATES ARE REDEEMED.  To obtain a refund:

1. Contact GolfBallPromo.com by email info@GolfBallPromo.com or by calling 866-450-4660 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

2. Return the certificate booklet (at Purchaser’s cost) along with the RMA to the address provided by GolfBallPromo.com.

3. The returned certificate booklet MUST CONTAIN 29 or 30 UNUSED, ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES.  Reproductions will not be accepted.

4.  Refund will be provided via US bank check.
